SUMMARY
In the given work the scope of a method of luminescent microscopy is investigated. By means of this method it is possible to carry out various researches of microseaweed: revealing of a physiological condition of separate cells, an estimation of degree of toxicity of separate substances for seaweed, definition of the maintenance of vitamins in vegetable cells, quantative registration of intensity of fluorescence. This method is successfully applied in biotesting of quality of the water environment. Luminescent microscopy - a perspective direction in modern physiology of plants.
