Annotation

According to the given task the informative-calculative net for providing the exchange of information between the structural divisions of Vladimir region’s Administration have been developed in this diplome project. The grounded choice of the telecommunication transfering date net, wich are used during ICN expluatation. The recomtndation for the chois of the net topology, hardware environment fnd software have been given and the best case has been choosen.

The net characteristics and calculanion of the customs delays have been presented.

The economical analysis of the elaboration have been carried out. It includes the calculation of the expenditures for the scientific research elaboration and the calculation of the expenditures for the realization of the project.

Some measures to organize the production process and the problem of labour protection have been enlighted. The calculation of the evacuation time of the peopl out the room of the informatic-computer depertment of Vladimir region administration.
